Creamy blackforest chia seed pudding

1/4 cup organic chia seeds

1/2 cup dairy/plant-based milk (we use soy milk)

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp dutch cocoa powder

30g Rise & Grain’s Berry Goodness granolas

3 tsp honey/natural liquid sweetener of choice

20g dark chocolate (optional)

1 tsp cacao nibs (optional)

Handful of fresh berries of choice

1.Separate 1/4 cup plant-based milk and heat until hot.

2.Mix the Dutch cocoa powder into the hot milk until dissolved. Let cook to room temperature.

3.Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, plant-based milk and Dutch cocoa powder together in a jar. Stir and cover the jar for 1 hour (or leave overnight in the fridge.)

4.Once the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid, it’ll be pudding-like.

5.Add the honey and give it a good stir.

6.Top it off with Rise & Grain’s Berry Goodness granola, fresh berries, melted chocolate, dark chocolate bits and organic cacao nibs.
